This soul-filled evening sinks you into the fullness of your heart and clarity of your being. Through the potency of your breath, you'll open to and bring to life what's wanting to come alive in you and your relationships.

Evening includes guided discussion, movement, a facilitated breath journey and light refreshments. No experience necessary. For the safety and integrity of the container, space is limited.
