Journey into Breath

May 5th, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm - with Lorena Tatomir

“What are you willing to give up in order to have the life you keep saying you want?” - Elizabeth Gilbert

The breath is the most powerful tool that exists within us. Learn to harness the benefits of this healing pranayama practice through a dynamic combination of breath patterns that build seamlessly with momentum towards a blissful and restful state. Open and clear the mind to discover many of the answers you’ve been seeking, tap into the deepest and most peaceful states of awareness, and explore how the quality of your breath literally begins to shift your mood towards a positive, sustainable and productive mental state. Side effects: greater mobility of the diaphragm, stronger lungs, more centered and calm disposition. You will leave feeling inspired to live more fully and to break unhealthy habit patterns.

The breath journey is followed by contemplative questions and a discussion to help process the experience, to spark your inner creative spirit, and to unleash the inner mysteries of the mind.

Please bring a journal and writing material.
