Step 2: Come in for a meeting

After our call we will book a brief meeting for you to see our space and meet our team. Our goal is to establish a life-long relationship with our clients.

Step 3: Choose the Program For you

During the meeting we will will ask you a few more questions about your goals and lifestyle habits. We will then provide you with a few options based on your specific goals. We work with you to find the right program for you, setting you up for success from the very beginning!

Your Commitment

  • Practice 4, 3, or 2 days per week following our program for a minimum of 12 weeks;

  • Complete additional lifestyle and wellness changes proposed by your coach.

  • Follow your custom-designed Ayurvedic nutrition plan.

  • Fill out your Accountability Journal each day.
