What is Meditation?

Why take a meditation class?
A meditation teacher will take you to a deeper experience of meditation. The personal connection you share with a teacher is important in order to guide you through personal blocks and obstacles that may disconnect you from your practice. Meditating in group has also been proved to enhance one's meditation practice, by creating a sense of community and support.
