What to expect during a class

At a guided Kundalini class you are given the tools and accountability to overcome personal blocks and obstacles that may disconnect you from yourself. Practicing in group has also been proven to enhance the strength of one’s practice, by creating a sense of community and support. 

On a practical level, expect:

  • lots of yogic breathwork (pranayama)

  • an energizing set of movement/ postures (kriya)

  • meditation, which can include chanting, visualization, breathing, or quiet sitting.

Each class is unique; kriyas and meditations change with each class.

Every class is designed to integrate and expand mind, body, and spirit.
