It took me a few years to admit that I don’t like Summer. I can live with it - I have to - but it is not a season that naturally agrees with me. It also took me a while to admit that I don’t like hot yoga (sorry, my fellow yoga teachers) or saunas. Why would someone voluntarily enter a 40+ degrees room? Or worse, pay for it?

Establish a ritual
If you think of anyone who is trustworthy, you will notice that they are consistent. We are creatures of habit and much of our brain functions and mental patterns are based on repetition.
